In Parallel mode programming is implemented in word mode.
User Area is located in layer Code from 60000h to 7FFFFh.
Boot ROM area is located in layer Boot Memory from 7F800h to 7FFFFh. 
Attention! In User Area the address 7FFFFh contains copy protect information (ROMCP). 
If you read zero data, device maybe protected.
To make the ROM code protection inactive, erase a block including the ROMCP address 
in standart serial I/O mode or CPU rewrite mode.
